1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel assignment covering the Santa Cruz/Watsonville territory in California. Details Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population Territory covers the Santa Cruz/Watsonville area, within a 50-mile radius of the hub/office Caseload of 5-7 patients per day Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break No on-call or weekend requirements Mileage between patient homes is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate

EMR:

HCHB (experience required) Requirements Minimum 1 year of home health physical therapy experience required Active California PT license in hand required (no pending licenses accepted); license required if applicable Current BLS certification required Experience with
