Job Description

We're looking for PRN/per-diem PT, who are caring, passionate and willing to provide high-quality care to residents of a 99-bed skilled nursing facility as a Per Diem/On-call staff.
Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of CA as a Physical Therapist. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred, but not required. Able to use the computer for the purposes of accessing and utilizing electronic medical documentation. Familiarity with NetHealth (former Rehab Optima) and/or PointClickCare Able to work as both independently and part of a team. With covid vaccine and booster.
