Job Qualifications:

Board certified physical therapist in the state of California Physical Therapist Licensed Applicant (PTLA) are welcomed & encouraged to apply! New grads are welcomed & encouraged to apply! (mentorship provided) Skills Experience with electronics (Apple iPad provided)

Home-Health North County i.e. (Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, etc) San Diego County areas i.e. (San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, San Ysidro, etc) Job types: Full-time (30 patient caseload), Part Time minimum (15 patient caseload), Per Diem (14 or less patient caseload)

Physical Therapist I Physical Therapist II Physical Therapist Lead Pay Structure:

(Salary Rate model) or (Pay-per-visit model) both models are paid on a bi-weekly basis.

Pay Range:

$55-$70 per visit.
