Physical Therapist

  • Thursday ) At The Springs, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your patients while working alongside clinicians who are passionate about elevating post-acute care.
What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process. Complete documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in California. New graduates are welcome to apply.
