Pro+Kinetix Physical Therapy & Performance is a sports and performance-driven clinic in San Diego with over 200 five-star reviews. We help runners, lifters, CrossFit athletes, weekend warriors, and postpartum athletes return to the workouts and sports they love through 1-on-1 sessions in a real training environment (racks, barbells, turf, sleds). ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a fitness-minded, confident, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing squad of 5 world-class clinicians. Your day-to-day will include treating a diverse caseload of active individuals, from distance runners to weekend warriors, using our Pro+Kinetix 3-Step Therapy System. You'll also be a member of our Growth Team, collaborating with local fitness professionals, following up with patients to deliver unmatched care, and building a community presence through networking and referrals to fuel our already rapid growth. As a Physical Therapist at Pro+Kinetix, you'll be plugged into a proven yet flexible patient success framework that ensures a world-class experience for both you and the patient. This full-time role will be responsible for:

Comprehensive Evaluations:

Perform thorough assessments to pinpoint each patient's needs.
