Physical Therapist (Pelvic Floor/Sports/Ortho)

Job description: We are looking for a mobile PT to join our team in San Francisco, providing in home pelvic floor evaluations and treatments. Sports/ortho background preferred but not required as there could be more clients in that niche as well. Unlimited Potential Rehab & Wellness is a growing private practice providing mobile, in-home treatment for our clients. We are looking for a licensed physical therapist that is interested in being part of a fun, collaborative, and creative team of therapists dedicated to providing high quality therapy. We believe in treating the whole patient as well using a wide variety of treatment approaches in order to provide the highest quality therapy unique to each individual patient.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a PT to be able to do new patient evaluations and follow-up sessions. Setting goals and a plan of care to work on. This role will likely be a few hours a week and building from there. This would be a good job for someone looking to supplement their income in the short time until this job can allow for more hours. Documentation done on Jane app. You can help design your own evaluation template. Make your own schedule. Evaluation notes take about 10 minutes. Treatment notes roughly 3-5 minutes. No billing needed since we are a cash pay practice.

Pay:

$120 per 1 hour evaluation, $110 per 1 hour treatment. $30 for mileage per client seen is included in pay rate of $120 or $110 per visit.

Licensed PT New grads welcome Current CA license BLS/AED certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills
