Daily responsibilities include:
Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Creating individualized treatment plans Delivering outpatient rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs Utilizing manual therapy and evidence-based treatment techniques Monitoring patient progress and modifying care plans as appropriate Educating patients and families on recovery goals and home exercise programs Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation This outpatient Physical Therapist position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic and rehabilitation patient population in a highly collaborative hospital-based clinical environment.
