Schedule:
13 week assignment 30 guaranteed hours per week Immediate start available
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in California (or eligibility) At least one year of recent experience in a hospital therapy setting preferred Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments in an acute hospital setting Coordinate care plans with physicians, nurses, and other therapists Monitor and document patient progress towards established goals Educate patients and families to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes Maintain timely and accurate patient records
