Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. Muller & Weber Physical Therapy is a therapist owned private outpatient practice. We have been serving the Santa Barbara and its surrounding areas for over 40 years. We offer both land and aquatic based therapy. We treat a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. We also specialize in areas of Orthopedics, Post-surgical, TMJ, Pelvic Floor, Craniosacral, Orthotic Evaluation and Fittings. In addition to the services already mentioned we also provide Home Health therapy providing patients smooth transition from hospital, home and then to office setting. We provide mentorship during your first year to help you get comfortable in the clinic. After that, we continue to work closely together and regularly collaborate on cases, as we value an open, team-focused environment where every clinician can grow.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
At least two years experience in an outpatient therapy clinic is preferred. Will consider new grad applicants Ability to handle physical workload Ability to build rapport with patients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities All applicants must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum, licensed in the state of California.

$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
