Required Qualifications and Experience:
Current, valid physical therapy license in practicing state (or eligibility) Experience in outpatient/hospital settings preferred Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans for patients as directed by their needs and physicians Strong understanding of safe patient handling, infection prevention, and work environment safety Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluation and create personalized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes Delegate and provide direction for all assigned therapy services, maintaining superior quality throughout the continuum of care Actively participate in patient/family education, as well as student and coworker training Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational code of conduct Ensure thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all guidelines and policies Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and organizational safety priorities
