Employee Referral Program:
Physical Therapists who refer another full-time PT are eligible for a $3,000 referral bonus, and the referred PT also receives a $3,000 bonus after eligibility requirements are met Sign-on bonus paid in two increments, one if 780 points are completed within the first year, and the second when 780 points are completed within the second year. Territory This position serves patients throughout the Santa Rosa market and surrounding communities. Patient schedules are designed to be geographically efficient, and clinicians are not usually expected to cover the entire territory in a single day.
