What You'll Do Conduct initial patient visits, including comprehensive assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation Lead patient discharge planning and education
