Well respected Outpatient facility is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team in Temecula, CA. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment. Our outpatient and skilled nursing (SNF) communities provide therapy services exclusively to senior residents in beautiful, upscale settings. These environments allow therapists to deliver care on-site in a supportive and resident-centered way. Our outpatient program is unique-not your typical outpatient or home health setting. Therapists typically work with about 8 residents a day, providing one-on-one care rather than group or multiple concurrent treatments. This personalized approach allows therapists to make a meaningful impact, creating a rewarding experience that traveling therapists also greatly enjoy.
