Job Description
Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract A part-time physical therapy position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, providing services within an educational setting located in Tracy, CA. This role requires dedication and expertise in pediatric physical therapy, supporting students to achieve their functional and mobility goals within the school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant credentials to practice in California Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a school setting Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week during the school yearJob Responsibilities:
Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs Conduct assessments and reevaluations to monitor student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and other therapists Document student progress and maintain accurate treatment records Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunitiesLocation:
