Key Responsibilities:

Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues on therapy processes and best practices. Maintain professional standards, uphold confidentiality, and follow organizational Code of Conduct. Promote patient and employee safety through adherence to established safety protocols and active hazard identification. Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, care plans, quality assessments, and billing in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in student mentorship, fostering a positive learning environment. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and align with organizational goals. Comply with State Practice Acts and regulatory requirements, maintaining active licensure and ethical practice.
