Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred. Experience with documentation systems and electronic medical records required. Experience evaluating and treating geriatrics, post-operative patients, and common neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Ability to provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance and fall prevention programs, and use of assistive devices required. Willingness to work full-time, 35 guaranteed hours per week as outlined by the client.
