Second Wave Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice serving communities throughout Ventura County. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and select neurological diagnoses Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise interventions Collaborate with physicians and referring providers as needed Document patient progress using electronic medical records Prepare discharge summaries and outcome reports Delegate appropriate tasks to rehabilitation technicians Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state regulations Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture Clinical Schedule Approximately 1-2 patients per hour 60-minute initial evaluations 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions Focus on quality patient interactions rather than high-volume scheduling Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation package 401(k) with company match Student loan repayment assistance (up to $5,000 annually) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off accrual Continuing education reimbursement Mentorship and clinical development opportunities Advancement and leadership growth pathways Performance bonus eligibility Flexible scheduling options that support work-life balance Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license Current CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Location Positions are available across multiple Ventura County clinic locations.
