We are seeking a teammate who values clinical excellence, is eager to develop their pelvic health expertise, and wants to work in a supportive, low-burnout environment where patient outcomes come first. At Dynamic Flow, we are redefining pelvic and orthopedic care through a dedicated, one-on-one, patient-centered approach. Because we operate as an out-of-network, cash-based clinic, we are free from insurance limitations, allowing us to focus entirely on what matters: root-based, one-on-one care. We don't just treat symptoms; we treat the whole person. Our 60-minute session model ensures you have the time and focus needed to provide high-quality treatment and build lasting, impactful relationships with your patients. This is a flexible, part-time position (3 or 4 days/week) seeing up to 7 patients a day with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload as patient demand builds. Our office hours range from 8:00 to 4:00 p.m., 9:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 to 6:00 p.m. You will work with a diverse mix of pelvic health and orthopedic patients, utilizing advanced tools such as SoftWave Therapy, Pessary Fittings, and Rectal Balloon Training. You will work directly with our owner, who brings over 16 years of experience to the clinic. She is a driven, accessible leader who is deeply committed to your professional growth and well-being. By clearly communicating expectations and providing consistent, supportive mentorship, she fosters an open-minded and low-burnout environment where you can truly thrive. The Roles & Responsibilities of our Therapists include: Providing innovative, high-quality, and root-based pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy in 60-minute, 1:1 sessions. Conducting thorough patient assessments and designing customized care plans focused on real, whole-person results. Participating in our extensive, collaborative mentorship program to develop or refine your skills in pelvic health and orthopedic integration learning how to support patients through bladder, bowel, sexual health, pelvic and back pain Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and providing an exceptional, patient-centered experience from start to finish Contributing to a collaborative team environment, including team meetings, group trainings, and communication via Voxer for ongoing support Requirements & Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or will be licensed in the near future) 2+ years' experience of Pelvic Health work experience Capable of physically demonstrating exercises; hands on approach Consistently follows a framework to ensure positive patient outcomes CPR Certification Experienced in building relationships to retain patient caseload; skilled at reading the room Strong orthopedic background Excellent communication skills Accurate and timely patient record documentation The Ideal Candidate will possess the following characteristics and behaviors: Happy and welcoming Passionate about returning patients to the activities they love Enthusiastic about pelvic health and self-motivated to learn Positive, can-do attitude Willing to go beyond the call of duty Team player Nurturing and deeply empathetic; caring Proactive, and growth-oriented mindset Enthusiastic about pelvic health and eager to learn Coachable and open to receiving feedback Adaptable and "go-with-the-flow," thriving in a dynamic, growing clinic environment Collaborative and professional Compensation We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation model:
Clinical Rate:
$55.00 - $65.00 per hour based on demonstratable experience. (As clinical training and caseload targets are met after the first 4-6 months, Therapists are eligible for raises).
Admin Rate:
$35.00 per hour for training, mentorship, documentation, and meetings
Monthly Bonuses:
Available for package sales and performance milestones Compensation for 3 days/week (21 patient caseload) can range from $70,000+/year with monthly bonuses averaging between $ 250 - $ 400/month Minimum pay guarantee for first 90 days during training & development and to build caseload
