Self selected case load We are seeking a motivated and independent Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. This is a contract-based opportunity offering a flexible, self-directed schedule—ideal for new graduates or clinicians looking to build autonomy and expand their practice. Position Overview The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients. The PT works under physician orders and is accountable for delivering high-quality care in accordance with established standards and the Physical Therapy Practice Act. The PT will promote functional independence, prevent disability, and support patients and caregivers in achieving optimal recovery outcomes following injury, illness, surgery, or loss of a body part. Key Responsibilities Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions based on patient progress Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of California Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English) Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule New graduates are encouraged to apply Skills & Attributes Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule and manage multiple patients Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous growth Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and patients Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to hear and communicate effectively in person and via phone Visual acuity to read documentation and electronic records Ability to assess patients through observation and physical interaction Capable of performing tasks requiring physical activity, including patient assistance Why Join Us?
