Job Description

Welcome to Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation where we pride ourselves in creating personalized and fully autonomous PT programs for our patients. We are a busy out-patient physical therapy practice located in Yuba City, Ca and are now PT owned and operated. We are in the process of growing as a business and are looking for a motived, goal-driven, and energetic individual to join our team.
Mission Statement:
Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation mission is to advance the rehabilitation process for spinal and musculoskeletal limitations though precise evaluations, patient-centered care, and best evidence based practice. We are excited to have the opportunity to grow as a company, and expand our knowledgeable and highly professional team. We are looking for a part/Full time Physical Therapist. We look forward to interviewing all qualified, licensed physical therapists, and are especially interested in a PT with knowledge in manual therapy, orthopedic, post-op, and neuro experience. New grads and PTLA status will also be welcomed to apply.
Our practice provides the following:
1:1 patient care with treatment sessions with private rooms available Positive environment for the patient and the therapist Collaborative team spirit that is supportive of growth Room to grow within the company Fully autonomous patient-centered care Our services include: Orthopedics-acute/post-op/tendinopathy Neuromuscular Re-education Balance Training Core/lumbar stabilization programs Chronic neck and low back pain management We will offer competitive hourly wages and once full-time offer: medical, CEU reimbursements, PTO, APTA reimbursement,
Conference Reimbursement Requirements:
Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy. Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides (if needed), contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care. Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques. Establishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate parties. Completes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines. Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited college/university and possess a current California PT license. New grads are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration
