Ideal candidates will have strong general experience with a particular preference for skills in both outpatient and inpatient environments.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care in home health, outpatient clinics, and acute care facilities. Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Manage a caseload that includes post-op, sports-related, and geriatric patients. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with valid credentials. Solid general experience, including outpatient and inpatient settings. Skilled in therapy techniques for post-op, sports injuries, and older adult populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexibility to work at multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home visits.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, primarily day shifts. Preference for 8-hour shifts; 4x10 schedules may be considered. Location -
