Job Description

Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health Movement Physio and Wellness Arvada, CO Job Details Full-time $82,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Continuing education credits Paid time off Flextime Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Physical Therapy Client rapport building Clinic experience Physical Therapy License Orthopedics Full Job Description Job Summary Movement Physio and Wellness is a boutique, fitness-forward pelvic health physical therapy clinic in Arvada, CO — and we do things differently. No insurance hassles, no double-booking, no rushed 30-minute slots. Just 60 minutes, one patient, and the space to actually do great work. We built this clinic from the ground up with intention — spa-like private treatment rooms, Pilates reformer, a squat rack, and a brand-new space designed for modern, movement-based care. If you're a PT who's tired of the insurance world and cookie-cutter treatment, you'll feel the difference here immediately. Job Duties Here at Movement Physio and Wellness we are looking for a full-time Pelvic Health PT to join our small, passionate team. You'll evaluate and treat adult patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, orthopedic pain, and spine and hip conditions — using a whole-body, movement-focused approach.
Your day-to-day will include:
60-minute, one-on-one sessions with every patient — no exceptions Treating a rich mix of pelvic health (leakage, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum, perimenopause, male pelvic health) and orthopedic conditions Integrating manual therapy, internal work, visceral mobilization, Pilates, strength equipment, and patient education into your treatment plans Dry needling is a significant plus — experience preferred, or willingness to get certified soon Communicating with patients their plan of care and expectations for how they will progress thru pelvic floor therapy Collaborating with a tight-knit team that takes the work seriously and has fun doing it Participating in mentorship and staff training to always provide the latest evidence based practice. You Don't Have to Be a Pelvic Health Expert — Yet New to pelvic floor PT? Ortho or sports background looking to make the switch? That's exactly who this role is built for. We offer a structured 3-month onboarding mentorship, monthly 1-on-1 sessions with the clinic owner, and weekly team mentorship built into your schedule. We invest in the right person, not just the right résumé. This role is a great fit if you: Want to deepen your clinical skills in a specialty that's growing fast Believe in treating the whole person, not just the injury Are looking for a sustainable, energizing place to build a long career Bring good energy and genuinely enjoy being part of a team What You'll Get $82,000-$100,000 salary — includes starting base pay and bonus structure Minimal documentation — paid lunch and admin time to finish your notes at work Flexible scheduling — 32-40 hrs/week, built around your life Generous PTO and flex time to adjust hours to fit your lifestyle $1,500/year CEU stipend toward pelvic health certifications and coursework Access to an incredible boutique clinic setup — reformer, squat rack, and weights Structured mentorship program with the clinic owner Cash-pay model — no insurance to dictate our treatment plans Easy access to outdoor lifestyle with our West Arvada location What We're Looking For Licensed PT (or eligibility pending) in Colorado 1-3 years of clinical experience; pelvic health coursework with at least a PF Level 1 Course taken or scheduled to take Dry needling certification preferred or willingness to pursue it Strong communication skills and a talent for building patient relationships A collaborative spirit and good energy — clinic culture matters to us!
