Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation with a focus on delivering patient-centered care. The primary responsibilities will be evaluating patients, supervising support staff, and clinic operations. This role offers an opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful impact on patients' recovery and quality of life. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing personalized care plans, providing hands-on therapy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including evaluating mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and geriatrics care. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to ensure optimal recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Supervise support staff and oversee clinic operations Spanish-speaking? Even better! What We're Looking For:
Licensed PT in the State of Colorado (required). Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist in outpatient clinics is a plus! Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Demonstrate expertise in care planning for diverse populations including geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients requiring acute care. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
