Compensation and Benefits Salary:
$70,000
  • 80,000 with clear, stable full-time compensation.
$5,000 signing bonus as an investment in bringing the right PT onto the team. Strong orthopedic foundation with the opportunity to build excellent clinical fundamentals and expand into pelvic floor care . Weekly clinical meetings focused on case discussions, mentorship, and continued learning. Monthly team alignment so communication, expectations, and support stay clear. Regular 1:1 check-ins so you always know where you stand and how to keep growing. Community-focused care where you build strong relationships with patients and participate in outreach. What We're Looking For Colorado PT license required. Outpatient experience required. Interest or experience in pelvic floor preferred.
