Physical Therapist

Health Now Family Practice + Walk In Clinic is seeking a part-time, experienced Physical Therapist who is looking for stability/extra hours to join our tight-knit primary care team in the Denver metro area. This is a contracted position with a very generous revenue split!! The schedule can be flexible and availability for the schedule is listed below. We are a Primary Care Practice and are looking for a Physical Therapist who can be a part of our healthcare team, a therapist that will give patients services at our one stop medical home. Our providers will refer patients to our in house PT. Patients love to have this option all in the comfort of their primary care office. There is a dedicated room for PT and all of the business administration and billing would be handled in house by our providers. We use the Practice Fusion EMR for charting for which we can provide training. Available Working days/

Hours:

Monday-4PM-7PM Tuesday- 4PM-7PM Wednesday-1PM-7PM Thursday-8AM-5PM Friday-4PM-7PM •The hours and days are flexible, we would need to schedule out 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements:

A current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT). Current CPR and First Aid Certification. Malpractice Insurance. Three years postgraduate clinical experience Demonstrated knowledge and skill in adult therapy practice. A current valid driver' license along with reliable personal transportation.
