Job Description

Pediatric Physical Therapist | Set Your Own Schedule | Home Health | Colorado Springs, CO Your driving radius. Your hours. Your caseload. Join a clinician-owned pediatric home health company in Colorado Springs! Seeking a pediatric PT who loves to work with kids and families, on your own terms. You have input into your caseload, your driving radius, and complete autonomy over your schedule! Therapists here consistently say it's the best job they've ever had. What You'll Earn:
$68-$80+ per visit (dependent on experience) Incentive program on top of base per-visit rate Gas stipend Full medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k with employer match PTO for all employees Continuing education stipend Professional liability covered by the company What your day actually looks like: You set your schedule — no one hands it to you You choose your driving radius You have input on your caseload You work in children's homes, where the most meaningful OT happens You collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team that actually communicates
What We're Looking For:
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited PT program Colorado PT license (or currently eligible) Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Genuine interest in pediatric home health and family-centered care Comfortable managing your own schedule in the field Collaborative communicator
Bonus:
interest in mentoring PTAs or new grads as you grow -
