Physical Therapist - Neurology Peak Neurology PC Colorado Springs, CO Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $80,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Teamwork Physical Therapy Physical Therapy License Doctor of Physical Therapy Clinical documentation Physical therapy Full Job Description The Neurological Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of neurological conditions in a calm, focused, one-on-one environment. You'll work closely with our in-house neurology team, ensuring seamless communication and coordinated care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled interventions for diagnoses such as stroke, TBI, SCI, MS, Parkinson's disease, vestibular disorders, migraines, peripheral neuropathy, and other neuro conditions Deliver 60minute one-on-one sessions focused on gait training, balance retraining, neuromuscular reeducation, functional mobility, and patient specific goals Collaborate directly with neurologists and clinic staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, safety, and longterm management Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with clinic standards Participate in program development and contribute to a positive, team oriented culture Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active state PT license (or eligible) in Colorado Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred; strong interest in neuro required Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a one-on-one, relationship-driven model Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a neurology team New Graduates encouraged to apply
