Job Description

Physical Therapist (DPT) - Commerce City / Brighton, CO Power Health Colorado (PHCO) Power Health Colorado is growing, and we're building something different. We are a multidisciplinary injury care practice focused on doing rehab the right way for patients and for providers. Our team includes physicians, PAs, PTs, PTAs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers, all working together under one roof to improve the lives of the patients who see us. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of that team and culture. Whether you are a new grad and want to learn the right way, or an experienced clinician tired of how most clinics operate, we want to hear from you. This role is based in our Commerce City clinic with a transition into our upcoming Brighton location. What You'll Be Doing Evaluate and treat patients primarily with musculoskeletal pathology, both in personal injury and workers' compensation cases Build your own individualized treatment plans that make sense clinically, not just check insurance boxes Part of multidisciplinary team working closely with medical providers, chiropractors, and case managers to coordinate and improve patient care Help guide patients through recovery from acute injuries to full function Maintain clear, defensible documentation Be part of a team that prioritizes outcomes, communication, and doing rehabilitation right What Makes This Different Strong support staff (PTAs/techs) to help you focus on care, not chaos Real collaboration with providers, not siloed care Walk-in injury model (PI/WC) that keeps your caseload consistent and meaningful Leadership that understands operations and protects your time Who This Is For New grads who want mentorship and a structured way to learn and grow in orthopedics Clinicians who care about outcomes, not just units Someone who wants stability but also growth as we expand into Brighton What You Need Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Active Colorado license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication skills with patients and team Willingness to learn (if new) or help lead (if experienced) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary (aligned with experience) Bonus structure tied to performance and growth PTO + paid holidays CME allowance + paid CME days Health benefits contribution 401(k) with employer match Sign-on bonus available (based on experience and commitment) Schedule Full-time Clinic hours structured to support both patient access and provider balance No unnecessary weekend grind Why Power Health Colorado We are building a model around injury care that actually works for both patients and providers.
