Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with physician directives and patient goals. Delegate and guide discipline-specific therapy services to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues on therapy techniques and care protocols. Maintain timely, accurate medical documentation compliant with regulatory and insurance requirements, including writing goals and letters of medical necessity. Promote and uphold patient and employee safety, adhering to organizational safety standards such as Safe Patient Handling and infectious disease precautions. Participate in student clinical education, providing supervision and evaluation. Engage in continuous professional development and apply new knowledge to enhance service quality. Comply with discipline-specific State Practice Act, regulatory agencies, and organizational policies. Support performance improvement initiatives through feedback and active participation.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Physical Therapy licensure in good standing. Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop functional treatment plans. Strong understanding of outpatient therapy services and hospital-based clinical care. Knowledge of documentation standards and compliance with state, federal, and insurance policies.
