Physical Therapist (PT) -
Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Location:
Cortez, CO (Four Corners Region)
Job Type:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible schedules available)
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 / year (DOE)

What You Will Do Provide Elite Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat diverse orthopedic, sports, and functional movement conditions.
Leverage Full Autonomy:
Take advantage of direct access and Colorado's advanced practice acts (including dry needling and imaging ordering capabilities). Collaborate in

Work alongside a passionate, multi-disciplinary team focused on continuous learning. Ditch the

What We Are Looking For Licensure:
Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain it).
Education:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Skillset:
Passion for active, movement-based treatments and manual therapy. Dry Needling or specialized certifications are a plus but not required.
Experience:
Experience in outpatient ortho is preferred, but passionate new graduates are highly encouraged to apply—we provide structured mentorship.
