Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage patient care plans, collaborate with chiropractic and medical professionals, and ensure seamless patient experiences. You will also contribute to clinic operations by completing detailed SOAP notes, coordinating referrals, attending marketing events, and supporting the growth of our team. Responsibilities Complete All SOAP notes within 7 days of date of service Manage patient care Referral for imaging or specialist Coordinating with Chiro and Medical Attend marketing events throughout the year where applicable Train PTAs Complete CEs & keep active license Check patients in and out and collect payment when necessary Answer phones when necessary

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing (required) 1-2 yrs PT experience preferred PI experience preferred Strong manual skills and exercise progression knowledge Team player who supports clinic growth and culture Excellent communication and people skills
