Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - Denver & Colorado Springs, COOverview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team serving the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-focused care by creating and implementing individualized treatment plans in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and home health environments. As a valued member of our team, you will help patients restore mobility, manage pain, and improve overall function and quality of life. We are looking for someone who is passionate about rehabilitation, committed to clinical excellence, and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical limitations, functional abilities, and treatment needs. Develop and carry out customized therapy plans based on each patient's condition and goals. Provide skilled therapeutic interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, and home health settings. Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize recovery and functional improvement. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and at-home care strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and discharge planning. Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy approaches. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Colorado. Experience in acute care, outpatient therapy, hospital, or home health settings preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation principles, and medical terminology. Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience treating pediatric, geriatric, and orthopedic populations is a plus. Why Join Us? Pay:
$70.00 - $130.00 per hour
