What You'll Do as the Physical Therapist Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care Evaluate and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional progress and long-term outcomes Help patients reduce pain, improve movement, and regain confidence in daily activities Build strong patient relationships through communication, education, and consistency Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers within the medical group Document care efficiently and maintain strong clinical organization What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for Colorado licensure Strong communication and patient relationship skills Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Dry Needling experience or certification strongly preferred Pelvic floor experience or certification is a major plus Spanish-speaking clinicians are highly valued Experience with Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury patients is helpful Familiarity with SPRY or Stride EMR systems is a plus The Type of PT Who Thrives Here This role is a strong fit for clinicians who want to combine quality patient care with a collaborative medical environment.
