Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from accredited college. Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the State of CO. We use TurboPT. Job info and responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT): Growing outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking to add a Physical Therapist to our amazing team of therapists in Fort Collins, CO. In this clinic we provide treatments based on the Schroth Method, BIG & LOUD, Cranio Sacral, Pilates, Personal Training, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Neuroplasticity. We service patients of all ages with 30 min appointments, 45 min for new patients, and there is 1 hr 30 min built-in time for charting in the schedule. Our current team includes 5 full-time PTs and 2 part-time PTs, and 2 PTAs. The office has 6 private treatment rooms, 6 curtained cubicles, 2 traction tables & a gym area. We offer treatments using the LiteGait Partial Weight Bearing device for assisted ambulation. PhotoLight Therapy for treatment of neuropathies, stress fractures. We are looking for a Physical Therapist, can be a new grad or an experienced therapist, who can bring the following to us: Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care Drive to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Desire to continually learn and grow—Functional Dry Needling certification a plus!
Job responsibilities:
Understanding of the patient's functional deficits & working towards the goals set out in the Plan of Care. Treating the whole person. Education of the patient in their condition.
Your typical day includes:
Provide direct patient physical therapy care based on each patient's individual needs. Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment with emphasis on functional rehabilitation. Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes. Document patient care services via EMR and in accordance with APTA defensible documentation guidelines.

    Alternating early shift, 7:30 am

  • Late shift 9:15 am
  • 6:00 pm. Fri 7:30am
  • 4:00 pm.
