Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention)
Salary:
$80,600 - $102,960 annually, depending on experience
Location:
Serving Eagle, Garfield, Lake, and Pitkin Counties, Colorado Schedule:
Full-Time, Exempt About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention team, supporting infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with developmental delays and disabilities. This position focuses on helping children and families thrive through evidence-based, family-centered services provided in natural environments, including homes, community settings, and telehealth. What You'll Do Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations for Early Intervention eligibility. Provide occupational therapy services based on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs). Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to support child development goals. Coach and empower caregivers to incorporate therapeutic strategies into daily routines. Participate in team meetings, IFSP reviews, and transition planning. Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapy licensure/certification required. Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred. Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation.
