Your Leadership Impact
Deliver individualized, one‑on‑one orthopedic and sports care in our open treatment space.
Serve as a clinical leader, modeling best practices, elevating standards, and contributing to clinic-wide decision-making.
Mentor new graduates and developing clinicians through structured guidance, case reviews, and collaborative treatment planning.
Lead or co-lead specialty caseloads aligned with your expertise (sports performance, orthopedics, manual therapy, return‑to‑sport progressions).
Help shape clinical protocols, progressions, and evidence‑based treatment frameworks.
Support a culture of accountability, communication, and professional excellence.
Utilize AI‑supported documentation to maintain efficient, accurate, and streamlined patient records.
Minimum Requirements (Leadership Track)
Applicants must meet all of the following:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Colorado PT license
Minimum 5-8 years outpatient experience or strong clinical leadership potential
Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and consistent
Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning
Interest in mentorship, leadership, and shaping clinic culture
Alignment with our clinical identity: orthopedics and sports
Preferred Qualifications
Highly valued: (not required)
Experience mentoring students, new grads, or peers
Specialty certifications (DN, BFR, CSCS, manual therapy)
Experience with advanced modalities (shockwave, BFR, DN)
Comfort leading case discussions or contributing to clinical education
Familiarity with or interest in AI‑supported documentation workflows
