Job Description

Physical Therapist - 4-Day Workweek with Full-Time Pay The Point Sports Medicine and Rehab | Northern Colorado (Greeley, Johnstown) Tired of the standard 5-day clinic grind? Ready for real work-life balance while delivering excellent sports medicine and rehab care?
Your Schedule:
Work 4 days per week (typically 9 hour shifts) = 36 hours on-site, 4 hours of non-patient time Paid as full-time (40 hours) with competitive salary and full benefits Enjoy a guaranteed 3-day weekend every week or a week day off (e.g., Friday-Sunday or equivalent) This compressed schedule lets you provide focused, high-quality patient care during the week—and then fully recharge with family, hiking, skiing, or exploring the Colorado Front Range on your long weekends. The Point Sports Medicine and Rehab , a locally owned and operated practice serving Northern Colorado since 1990, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team with an outstanding 4-day workweek schedule. Competitive compensation:

Requirements:
Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain one) Passion for sports medicine, orthopedics, and patient-centered care New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome—we value clinical skill, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
