We're hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist immediately, with caseloads matched to your home address in the greater Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial areas.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Write clinical notes, progress reports, and required summaries Adjust treatment plans and communicate directly with physicians Coordinate with teammates for the best patient outcomes Educate patients and families on home therapy programs and safe equipment use

WHAT YOU'LL NEED PT

degree from an NBCPT-approved program Active Colorado Physical Therapy license BLS/CPR Certification Reliable transportation Comfort with tablets and electronic documentation (training provided)
