We are seeking a physical therapist with a comprehensive orthopedic/manual therapy background who has experience (or has taken courses) in treating pelvic health and chronic pain conditions. Attributes Collaborative team player who wants to contribute and grow personally and professionally in a long-term position with this highly respected, visionary company A caring, friendly, and enthusiastic professional who will provide a positive point of connection for our patients Excellence-driven A leader; self-directed, yet flexible Teachable, conscientious, responsible, and dependable Qualifications Advanced degree in physical therapy; DPT preferred • Education/experience in intravaginal and intrarectal examination and treatment of men and women, preferred Certified in functional dry needling, preferred Board Certified or Fellowship trained in any area, preferred Strong orthopedic and manual therapy skills Skilled in joint manipulation (especially spine and pelvis) Personal commitment to using best evidence in practice Evidence of professional commitment to continuing education Comfort with technology and web-based applications (WebPT, Microsoft 365, Google, Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers) Opportunities Collaborative environment, working closely with other medical specialists on a multi-disciplinary approach to the pelvic floor One-on-one patient care practice model; 1-hour initial examinations and 45-minute treatment sessions Ongoing mentorship with experienced practitioners to advance manual therapy and pelvic health skills; routine patient case review with physicians and surgeons Autonomy to work and focus on practice interests outside of pelvic health and to design and implement new programs Opportunities for leadership and growth in an expanding organization Multiple clinical locations Schedule flexibility Continuing education, medical, dental, and 401K benefits for full-time employees Minimal expected work load is 7 patient visits per day; 14 days month Clinic days available are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - flexible for Thursday a.m. and Friday p.m. Paid on a per visit basis with compensation approximating $50/hour ($38/visit)
