Clinical Mastery:
Must be Dry Needling certified with high proficiency in manual therapy and corrective exercise prescription. We treat everyone from youth athletes to active adults. You need to be someone who can switch gears easily, whether you are helping a kid get back on the field or helping a parent get back to their workouts. You are a perpetual student. You are willing to learn our systems and contribute to the elevation of the clinic. Clinical Requirements
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (Colorado License)
  • 1+ years of experience in an outpatient setting
  • Certified in Dry Needling
  • Strong background in Manual Therapy and Functional Strength/Corrective Exercise The Role
  • Full-time W2 position
  • 8 patients per day max (1-on-1, 60-minute sessions)
Treatment Model:

  • Utilize Manual Therapy (Spinal manipulation/mobilization, IASTM, Dry Needling) and progressive strength training.
  • Deliver world-class patient results through individualized care plans
  • Maintain extreme accountability for patient retention and clinical excellence
