• 52/hour | Part-Time Post Rehab is adding a part-time Physical Therapist to its rehab team in Cheshire.

This role will support resident rehabilitation and mobility goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload while making a direct impact on patient independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do:

Complete evaluations and establish functional therapy plans Provide hands-on treatment to improve strength, balance, and mobility Adjust interventions based on progress and clinical judgment Document care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team

What You Bring:

Active Physical Therapist license Interest in geriatric and post-acute care Prior SNF experience is helpful but not required
