Job Description

Physical Therapist, Greenwich (Riverside) CT, Part-Time Growing to Full-Time PhysioElements Physical Therapy and Wellness - 4.0 Riverside, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $50 - $60 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Continuing education credits 401(k) Tuition reimbursement 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Patient assessment Diagnostic evaluation Evidence-based practice Physical Therapy License Orthopedics Full Job Description Physical Therapist, Greenwich/Riverside CT, Part-Time Growing to Full-Time PhysioElements is a boutique, out-of-network physical therapy and clinical Pilates practice in Greenwich/Riverside, CT. We see complex bodies, the patients most clinics aren't built for, and we treat the whole person, not a body part. Every session is one-on-one, and every plan is built around what the client wants to get back to. This role starts part-time, 2 to 3 days per week, and is built to grow into full-time. You'd step into an established Greenwich caseload with room to build your own, supported from day one.
OUR FOUR SPECIALTIES
We focus our care across four areas, so you can tell quickly whether this is your kind of work: Orthopedic conditions, including complex and incomplete recoveries Scoliosis and spinal conditions Pelvic and women's health Clinical Pilates
HOW WE WORK
We built this practice the way we wished we'd been allowed to work. You see one client at a time, with the time to evaluate, reason, and treat, no aides, no double-booking, no rushing three people through an hour. Our clinicians meet regularly across both locations to talk through real cases together, so a complicated patient is something the team thinks through, not something you carry alone. This is a place to deepen your skills, with mentorship, ongoing clinical support, and colleagues who treat hard cases as the work worth doing well.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You're a licensed Physical Therapist who chose this work for depth, not volume. You're tired of 15 minutes with an aide and three patients an hour, and you want the time to actually evaluate, reason, and treat. You believe the evaluation is the work. Strongly preferred Pelvic floor therapy experience Clinical Pilates experience Strong manual skills and clinical reasoning These two together let you step into our Greenwich caseload faster and shorten onboarding, so they matter to us, but the right clinician without them is still worth a conversation.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Sharp evaluative and clinical reasoning skills Strong manual therapy Clear, warm communication with clients and team A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing learning Comfort in a small, growing practice where roles flex as we scale Availability 2 to 3 days per week, with morning (8 AM) starts
WHAT WE OFFER
$50 to $65 per visit, based on experience Training in our proprietary evaluation and treatment framework, a structured method for assessment, plan of care, and treatment techniques that you'll be mentored in from the start Truly one-on-one sessions, no double-booking Company-wide clinical meetings with our Manhasset team, real case discussion and shared learning across both locations Mentorship and ongoing clinical support Workshop participation, and retail discounts A clear path from part-time to full-time as your caseload grows
