This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and patient-focused clinician who is interested in gaining experience in a dynamic setting while exploring the Greenwich area, Westchester, New England, and New York City.

Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday:

7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Tuesday/Thursday:

11:00 AM - 7:30

PM Preferred Start Date:

ASAP Responsibilities:

Evaluate, treat, and develop individualized plans of care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional needs. Perform thorough assessments, document treatment progress, and update care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Follow all safety, infection control, and patient privacy protocols. Support a positive, professional, and patient-centered therapy environment.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut, or eligibility to obtain one. Prior outpatient or similar clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and patient education skills. Ability to manage a full patient caseload while maintaining high standards of care. Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a travel assignment setting.

Pay:

$48.00 - $54.00 per hour
