Key Qualifications:
Active, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist and in good standing. Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred. Commitment to accountability, ethical practice, and compliance with professional standards.
Primary Responsibilities:

Promote patient and employee safety through responsible equipment use and adherence to infection control procedures. Mentor students and new colleagues, helping cultivate a positive learning environment. Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional growth and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
