Until Filled West Hartford Public Schools is seeking to fill a position for a Physical Therapist for the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This position will support students from elementary to post-secondary grade levels.
Requirements:
a valid state PT license prior experience as school-based Physical Therapist willingness to work with all ages, PreK-Post Secondary students 4 weeks, Monday-Friday (must be available during the whole program) providing Physical Therapy in a small group or one-on-one setting using evidence based practices that align with current goals and objectives of students maintain session data and notes on student performance responsible for submitting own working hours upon request submit end of program progress notes fluent with CT-SEDS Please include a current resume, transcripts, copy of license and 3 letters of recommendation dated within the last 365 days.
