Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities At Coastal Healthcare Services, we believe excellent care begins with clinicians who are supported, respected, and given the space to do meaningful work — not pushed to the brink by unsustainable caseloads or inconsistent schedules. We are seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist who is drawn to variety, collaboration, and thoughtful clinical practice. This is not a traditional, volume-driven PT role. Our therapists work across clinic, early learning centers, schools, and natural environments, with schedules designed to allow for clinical reasoning, documentation integrity, and work-life balance in an increasingly demanding healthcare landscape. Our therapists are encouraged to think critically and creatively — adapting interventions, play materials, and environments to meet each child's unique needs. Experience with pediatric assessment tools and a strong understanding of developmental milestones related to motor development are preferred. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, clear communication, and professional autonomy. Confidence working alongside families, educators, and fellow clinicians is essential.
