This travel position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse patient cases in a 30-bed rehab unit equipped with standard inpatient rehab gym equipment, including balance and gait systems. Experience a supportive environment with a staff team of 22 skilled PTs, OTs, SLPs, and techs focusing on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs), transfers, gait training, therapeutic exercises, and functional training Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy and recovery processes Accurately document all patient interactions using Meditech Expanse documentation system Participate in weekend call rotation to support continuous patient care

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapy license and credentials BLS certification required Ability to work day shifts only with a patient ratio of 7:1 Previous travel therapy experience preferred but not mandatory Adaptability to a fast-paced inpatient rehab unit, capable of independent function

Schedule and Terms:

6-week travel assignment Guaranteed 40 hours per week No return to the office (RTO), special scheduling flexibility, early cancellations, or attendance concerns
