Job Description

Medicare certified Home Health Care Agency is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist. Candidate must be willing to travel throughout Broward County and parts of Palm Beach County . A Candidate must have prior Medicare, Home Health Care experience. Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky is preferred. Ability to complete an Oasis, Start of Care and evaluation is required.
Pay:
$65.00 - $85.00 per hour
