Be On The Move is a growing, therapist-centered practice delivering outpatient-style Physical Therapy directly in patients' homes throughout Palm Beach County. We are hiring a confident, self-directed Physical Therapist who values autonomy, clinical excellence, and sustainable workdays. You will treat one patient at a time.

• Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations in the home setting
• Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, balance, vestibular, and post-surgical patients
• Progress patients through strength, mobility, and functional independence goals
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
• Manage a consistent caseload within your service area ⸻ Qualifications
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a mobile setting Outpatient experience is highly valued.

Home visit experience is a plus but not required. Strong clinical reasoning and progression-focused treatment planning are essential.
