Modern office setting Our company is hiring a Physical Therapist with 1+ years experience to join our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will collaborate with certified Physical Therapists Assistant to assist patients with their rehabilitation needs. The Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations and monitor and administer rehabilitation exercises. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and rehabilitation, with experience in various settings including outpatient and auto injury care. This role involves developing and implementing effective care plans, conducting thorough assessments, and providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs. Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and treatment goals. Implement physiotherapy interventions, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning for patients in acute care settings. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with medical terminology standards. Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment options, home exercises, and community resources for ongoing support. Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in professional development opportunities. Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to patient care. Experience in various practice settings is preferred. Respectful and sensitive to patient from diverse back grounds. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, and connect with them during vulnerable times. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making while working with PTA's, PT Techs, LMT, Providers, and Nurses. Skilled at progressing or modifying treatment based on patient needs. Familiarity with auto accident care, TBI, vestibular, or concussion treatment is a plus. Pay:
$45.00 - $47.00 per hour
